Single Sessions

(Limited availability each month)

During our time together, we will focus on one specific question or area relating to your relationship with your body, that you feel will help you achieve a shift and help you move forward. 


Themes of these single sessions might include, for example:

  • Pre holiday worries about your body

  • The run up to festive or celebratory periods and managing how you are feeling

  • New relationships and emotions around your body

  • Changes in life stage and milestone birthdays and how you feel about these

  • Handling unwelcome comments about your body

  • Anti-diet confidence pep talk and/or introduction to anti-diet culture

  • How to take back your power from other people's opinion on your body

  • Price: £220

In these sessions we will be able to unlock new understanding and insight into the root cause and you’ll go away with a mini action plan to help you start overcoming your blocks.
