I understand how to feels when you're fixated about food and thoughts about changing your body take over your brain obsessively. When you question every mouthful wondering if it's the right thing, or those moments when it all feels hopeless and the next thing you know you're saying ‘f*ck it,’ and eating whatever you want until you feel guilty/sick/sad.

They're tired of hating what they see in the mirror, they've had enough of not feeling good enough and they're sick of negative thoughts ruining their confidence.
