Single Sessions

(Limited availability each month)

These sessions are perfect for getting to the root cause of a particular issue or if you’d like to get a taste of health coaching before committing to a longer programme. During our time together, we will focus on one specific question or area relating to your relationship with your body or pain point in your life, that you feel will help you achieve a shift and help you move forward. 

Themes of these single sessions might include, for example:

  • Making peace around a food group

  • Wedding planning and related stress

  • Pre-holiday worries about your body

  • The run up to festive or celebratory periods and managing how you are feeling

  • New relationships and any emotions coming up around your body

  • Changes in life stage and milestone birthdays and how you feel about these

  • Handling unwelcome comments about your body

  • Anti-diet confidence pep talk and/or introduction to anti-diet culture

  • How to take back your power from other people's opinion on your body

In these 2hr sessions we will be able to unlock new understanding and insight into the root cause and you’ll go away with a mini action plan to help you start overcoming your blocks.
